What to Bring to a Loan Application -Most current pay stubs covering 1 month -If self-employed, commission or rental income, past 2 years Federal Tax returns -W-2s for past 2 years -2 months current bank statements, investment accounts, stock statements, etc. -Leases on rental property if rental income is to be used to offset mortgage payment -Offer to Purchase and Contract (signed by all parties) -Copy of listing agreement, sales contract or settlement statement on the property you are selling or have sold -Check to North State Bank Mortgage, for the appraisal and credit report -Copy of RECORDED separation agreement/final divorce -Proof of receipt of child support payment/alimony (if needed) -Copy of Drivers License/Photo ID -Copy of RELO benefits package (if applicable)
