She went to school at the College of Charleston and graduated in 1986. Her first job out of school was as a processor for a mortgage company and she has been in the business ever since... she can't imagine doing anything else. Carolyn came to North State Bank Mortgage from another large real estate owned mortgage company where she worked for almost 9 years as a processor and underwriter. Carolyn and her husband moved to Raleigh in 1990 with her 2 very spoiled cats. She has a younger brother that lives in Denver with his 2 boys. They are her pride and joy. Carolyn travels to Denver to see them as much as possible.
