Born and raised in Raleigh, Bill graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in the spring of 2006.  After a year spent teaching English in Argentina Bill began work for a small sales firm out of Raleigh that led him all the way to a sales management position in their Dallas, Texas office.  His decision to return to Raleigh was driven by his eagerness to enter the mortgage industry as well as the need that exists for first time homebuyers to deal with someone they relate to when entering into such a significant financial decision.  As a loan officer, Bill will go the extra mile to make sure his clients feel comfortable with the entire loan origination process before they begin to explore their best options.

Bill is active in the Carolina Alumni Association, the Ram’s Club, Saint Michael’s Episcopal Church, and the YMCA We Build People campaign.  He spends many of his weekends cheering for his Tar Heels in Chapel Hill and spending time on the Pamlico River in Bath, NC, but during the week his commitment is to be wherever his clients need him so that he can speak with them in person about understanding today's mortgage market and guiding them through the process.
